'Miracle baby' found abandoned after Hurricane Beryl

An abandoned baby has been found on the side of a road in the wake of Hurricane Beryl. Laura Aguirre with the major issues coming to the surface following the massive storm.

Why did she do that? Horrible. I don't know what she's going through, but call on family members for help. Don't abandon babies.
