Windows deleted a file. It is allowed but it no longer exists. when I hit "Allow" it still deleted it from the system. I can't find it anywhere. Please help. Thank you.

YESTERDAY it said it was straight up blocked i took no mind cus the app still worked so i opened it and closed my pc for tmr now IT STRAIGHT DELETED THE FILE AND IT IT DOESNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT RESTORING IT
