Soooo are neutrinos part of cosmic membrane "skin"? Is this related to M theory? If it's relevant to M theory, does that mean that neutrinos passing through matter is one of the observable stages of one universe merging with another or universes co existing as an overlap?

If someone who studies this would entertain my questions that would be nice - I don't really need to hear cosmic spiritual conspiracy. Layman's term explanations would be a good start I can research for myself from there.
