at 3:20 this can also be called "slicing the pie" aka cutting and looking at every single note location where an opponent can be by clearing every angel before fully pushing. This method is what's used in the milliary and really helps

6:22 AHA! I knew it, I could literally feel myself getting better as I played Deathmatch, bro I swear it's the only way to get better fastest. I was hardstuck just outside of Gold, I couldn't break the Silver 3 ceiling, but I found myself doing like 5 deathmatches in a week, mandatory before each comp sesh. & now I'm Gold 3, steadily climbing, so happy with my progress. (Been through bronze elo hell for the beginning episodes of the game trust me I was in the trenches.) If you're someone who doesn't like to get 3rd party'd in Deathmatch trust me I hear you, but give it a shot, play dirty, camp corners if you need to, whatever you have to do to isloate the 1v1's & practice your aim. I do some shooting range here & there, but nothing beats real players right?

probably one of the best 'peeking'-related videos i've seen. Honestly I don't really find it useful myself anymore because of how many of these videos i've seen, but I do wish I'd have seen this video back when I wasn't really sure about how to peek/when.

Just having a Blue Eyes White Dragon card in your hands is nothing without the proper things to back it up. Sure its a good card with 3000 ATK and DEF, but if you don't have a Karma Cut or some other form of background play, it's useless. Also, the Ultimate Dragon isn't really special because of all the aforementioned background cards. What if your enemy is running a fairy deck and has some in the graveyard, they can bring out the Quintet Magician which wipes the field with an ATK power of 4500 in itself. Just knowing these enough isn't guaranteed to be in your favor, but you are more likely to win with the background. Teams are super important, rely on them and they'll help you, assuming they don't have their monitors turned off.
