TSM Kanpeki was coaching omen with kyedae and he explains why tenz jump peek is better than normal jump peek. When you overpeek it, you can come back and try to dodge the bullet with that movement but if you just do a normal jump peek, you might die to enemy.

Look at your minimap when you jump peek, not at your crosshair, it allows you to get behind cover quickly and still get the info
