After losing 120 pounds 5 years ago I weigh myself everyday at same time of day and use the 10 day moving average to see where I am really at. While losing the weight I weighed every two months. I knew what needed to be done and did not really care what the scales said at that time. It took me two years to lose the weight and now I have maintained my weight loss for 3 years. For 5 years I have only eaten real food which is food that only has one word in the ingredient list. I eventually lost my hunger and started eating OMAD. The key to weight loss is to eat foods that do not make you hungry and are nutritionally dense 100 percent of the time. If you are nutritionally deficient you will be hungry. If you make poor food choices even once you will have cravings and you can NOT win the battle when you have cravings and hunger. Remember this, Eating a Boring Healthy diet 100 percent of the time will lead you to an Active Exciting Life. Good Luck.

The numbers in the US are just scary. America is absolutely addicted to sugar. I think if more people understood sugar addiction they would understand the changes they can easily make to become healthier.

I'm going to disagree with you. I know how my body reacts to any carb. I used to be prediabetic. Cutting carbs made a huge difference. But also weight gain and loss has alot to do with thyroid and hormones and so much more.
