Should we refuse to accept the buyer's inspection reports?

The contract is busting because the buyer doesn't like the inspection results. They have to give you a copy of the inspection reports, but you don't want them. You would rather not know so you don't have to deal with disclosing whatever was found! But, is that a good idea? Check out this video for the R Pro Academy take on getting inspection results.

Addressing the big concerns of the first inspection could also help buyers feel more at ease when the house comes back on the market. If I'm representing Buyer 2 and the listing agent says, "XYZ was wrong, but we already have work orders in place to address that, " I can relay that to my buyer to show that there's nothing to hide. If the house popped back on the market with no explanation, we're both going to be more skeptical.

Transparency always wins.
