Want to learn how to dragon flag? These 7 steps are a refined and simplified version of my original dragon flag tutorial, perfect for #shorts. The progressions start with the most basic leg raises and take you to the candlestick, two different types of negatives, single-leg flags, half ROM flags and then the full dragon flag. Work the dragon flag 2 or 3 times per week depending on how fast you recover. Be consistent and aim to achieve the target reps/time I specify for reach progression before moving on to the next one. Don't rush it. Once you get through all 7 steps, you'll get your first dragon flag. Guaranteed.

What are you holding onto? Having something at home that allows me to engage my arms & lats effectively is a barrier for me RN. I can only work these at the gym, and even there, my setup kinda sucks.
