Germany confirms it will provide Ukraine with Leopard 2 tanks

There has been a major military announcement in support of Ukraine - with Germany agreeing to give Kyiv Leopard 2 main battle tanks to help them prepare for an expected Russian offensive in Spring. The news comes after US President Joe Biden said American-made tanks would also be handed over to Ukrainian forces.
