Germany confirms it will send tanks to Ukraine, U.S. may follow suit

The German government confirmed will send 14 Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine and the U.S. may send tanks as well, a turnaround from a previous Biden administration stance. NBC News' Raf Sanchez reports how Russia feels about the new development in its war with Ukraine.
