Miles' Canon Event already HAPPENED in SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE... #shorts

So, here's this wild theory: that says Miles' canon event already went down in the first movie, when his Uncle Aaron bit the dust. You know how every Spider-Man seems to need a dose of family tragedy to get their superhero mojo going? Well, Uncle Aaron's death kickstarted Miles' destiny as a web-slinger, and that whole rollercoaster has been going ever since. So, no need for his dad to meet a grim fate for the story to be on track. Maybe 2099 Miguel's playing a different game here, setting up some dark version of the universe. Miles might have already hit his 'canon quota' – how many people does a superhero need to lose, anyway? Maybe Miguel's got some sneaky motive, using Miles, his universe, and his dad for his own plans. But hey, let's flip the script. What if Miles himself isn't the 'canon' Spidey? Maybe he was never supposed to be Spider-Man, at least in Miguel's theory. So, why chase after him and his dad in his reality? Why not just erase Miles and his 'not-quite-canon' story? But the fact that Miguel's not going for that could mean there's more brewing under the surface. What do you think?

The “Uncle” canon event is different from the “Officer” event. It just so happens the police officer is Miles’ dad when in other universes it’s typically Officer Stacey

people needs to remember that there is more then 1 canon event. death of a captain, death of an uncle, love interest. there are things other than just 1 death and people need to realize that

Edit: I also forgot that being bit by a spider is also a cannon event which makes Miguel and anomaly because he was never bit by a spider, just had spider DNA injected into him. That’s why he has fangs and claws

Everybody is forgetting that his first death of someone he cared about was Spider-Man.

Canon events are determined to be multiple events to occurs, not just one

People have severely misunderstood canon events. It's not "Miles' canon event" or "Gwen's canon event" or "Peni's canon event", the canon events are all the same for all Spider-People and can happen differently regarding of the setting. Miles losing uncle Aaron = Peter losing uncle Ben. Captain Stacy dying in Peter's universe = Captain Singh dying in Pavitr's universe. One canon event happening doesn't negate another to take place, just like two happening to the same Spider-Man don't mean that they'll also happen in another universe.

Remember kids, no throwing bagels at people, they might cause your universe to be destroyed.

Uncle Aaron is equivalent to uncle Ben

But why doesn't Miguel just tell Miles that he needs 2 days of training at the spider society, instead of telling him about canon events? While if Miles refuses to stay at the spider society, there's always plan B.

You can see in the nodes that there are multiple of them, I believe Miguel refers to them as chapters. Peter even turned away as his loss of the police captain happened and he shielded his daughter, only to mention Uncle Ben a while later. Gwen is also turned away to avoid talking about it because she knows she had ONE canon event(Peter's death) then she will have the police captain event

Uncle Aaron is Miles' Uncle Ben. Jeff is his George Stacy. My question is, who was Gwen's Uncle Ben? Because her Peter was her Gwen Stacy, and her dad remains unaltered. If Gwen never had an Uncle Ben figure to lose, that would be more significant, because her canon remains intact in spite of this. And Miles never had a Gwen Stacy in his life native to his universe, so his "losing" Gwen happened when he had to send her back to her universe in the first movie. But because she was from another universe, just like Miles' spider was, that would make that loss an anomaly as well. And yet his universe remains intact.

Maybe if you watched the film you'd understand. There are holes in Miguel's Canon event stuff, but Miles' dad dying isn't one of them. As Miguel said, one of the Canon events is the death of a police captain close to Spiderman. Miles' dad was going to become a police captain. In fact, Gwen was worried about her dad dying the whole movie because he was in a similar position, but because of the Renaissance Vulture incident, he quit the job.

Nope. If you watch the movie it isn't one cannon event, but several.

I do agree that if miles is not a Canon spiderman then every other event in his life does not affects the actual Canon of his universe so it doesn't matter if his dad lives or not but I do not agree that his Canon event has already happen because uncle Aaron's death is supposed to be like uncle Ben's death in every other universe. It's the death that pushed him forwardand remind him the famous lines "woth great powercomes great responsibility", just like in every other spiderman story. This death is what keeps spiderman fighting and saving lives.
I may not have explained it well, I just wanna say that these are two separate deaths that spiderman needs to experience as a Canon.

Canon events that make Spider-Man the hero he is today:
- Death a loved one
- Death of an important police captain
- Being influenced by the venom symbiote

Maybe since universe 42’s version of Miles’ father died already, this canon event for Miles, who is technically universe 42’s Spider Man, is already fulfilled.

If miles isn’t the real spider man, then he doesn’t need a canon event, to the universe he’s just some guy
