It should be 1.00 to 1.89 for SD, 1.90 to 2.69 for D, 2.70 to 3.49 for N, 3.50 to 4.29 for A and 4.30 to 5.00. There are gaps in your continuum. For instance, you cannot find 1.83 in your intervals.
