Keto Rhubarb Crumble....

Recipe
5-6 Sticks Rhubarb chopped
2-3tbsp sweetner for the Rhubarb
1tbsp water

Crumble
70g almond flour
10g coconut flour
30g butter
5-7g powder sweetner

Put the chopped Rhubarb into a pan with the water and cover, cook on medium for a few minutes then add the 1-2tbsp of sweetner stir and taste, add more sweetner if necessary.... Then turn off the heat...

Crumble
In a bowl add the almond flour, coconut flour, butter, Sweetener mix well with your hands until its crumbly, but will crush and hold together, put into the fridge for 15mins,.... Add a little more butter or flour until its like this....

Then in a oven dish put the Rhubarb, and top off with the crumble.... Cook on gas mk5 for 20-25mins, or until nicely browned...
Serve with Thick Double Cream...
