It's so simple and delicious. Literally just marinate overnight and bake while basting occasionally.

When you go to Chinese restaurants here, it is usually on the dimsum portion of the menu. I did this once, smoking low and slow. 2hrs slow, then hotter for about 30-40mins(til temp) slathering every 5-10mins. Came out amazing
