How to do Leg Extensions!

Sometimes my clients miss this, so here’s the sauce on how to do leg extensions! Main things to focus on:
1. Eliminate any gaps from the back of you knees and your back! You’ll need to adjust the machine to make this happen!
2. Set up your ankle pad to be right above your ankle. Each machine will have a different set up for this!
3. Once you’re comfy, grab the handles and pull your butt down! This will eliminate rocking!

you should sit as far back as possible to get a deeper quad stretch. deeper stretch=more muscle growth. i wish the other peabrains in the comments would explain why you’re wrong instead of just saying you’re wrong.

I never liked this because it looked like a lazy person machine. Just sitting there mindlessly repping. I tried some this morning for the first time in years of working out and it was pretty nice

Completely wrong. Posterior part of knee must be touching the seat.
