$1200 doesn't cover the rents anywhere in the US!

I guess they were using 1969 playbook, 1200 could’ve lasted 6 months.

They cant pull thousands of dollars in taxes every year. But when people need their money back they want to put a cap on it of 1200. Like thats actually helping anyone.

We need more stimulus. The Emergency Money For The People Act which is $2000 a month or the ABC Act. Not the watered down proposals. Not the money for corporations, it needs to be for INDIVIDUALS and small businesses. It's temporary, it's doable, everything I have researched suggests it can and it NEEDS to be done.

This is why, after I filed for personal bankruptcy for the first time in 2015, after that I said, no more. I changed everything. I stopped buying new cars, I stopped buying things I didn't need, I started to sew my old clothes instead of buying new clothes when I could. I even stopped donating money to charity, I still donate but other stuff, not money. I even cut out cable and I get my Internet connection through my cell phone at no extra charge. Fast forward to today.... We were prepared pretty well for this. Although we're not rich, we're OK, doing much better than most. People have to have that wakeup call, because the day of reckoning can come at anytime. That $1200 stimulus we got (we got $3400 total) we still have it in the bank and haven't touched it. We don't even have any credit card debt.

$1200 pays one month mortgage and our utilities bill w/ maybe enough for a tank of gas. Mortgage $1100. Utilities $60. Gas for Car $40. I live in the suburbs of Atlanta.

It should be 2500 a month for 3 months, to taxpayers, not businesses, they simply close doors until allowed to reopen, they don't need any money!

It goes alot further than the emergency unemployment benefits, millions are still waiting for, that the states are still withholding from America's families.
