And i agree about avoiding resistance band back squats. I used to do them but with really heavy resistance just getting into position geting bar behind neck is really tricky. Front squats and suitcase squats is definitely safer options

Clench handles comes in handy for suitcase Squats. Because the bands are wrapped around the handles it removes all of the slack at the bottom of the movement.

Adding a medium band to a pair of dumbells is another good method for suitcase squats. Because resistance band is added to the dumbbells you can keep using same band and progressive overload with the dumbell weight in small increments.

Try the “suitcase squat” but with the hands more behind you, like as if you were doing an old school barbell hack squat

Build a footplate with a center slot and do belt Squats. I must have broken a channel rule by posting a link because my previous comment was removed, but this type of plate is available for purchase. Alternatively with a regular foot plate and a squat belt with hanging straps ending in hooks you can set up your band the short way on your bar and plate then hook your belt to your bar behind your legs and tadaa! Belt squats!

Better off doing lunges . I won't stretch a band more than twice it's length

Just don't use a platform. And you will be ok.
