There is a catch, Gmail server will not be used for sending every email you will send through GMail with custom domain. Means if your webhosting mail server is black listed all your emails will end up in spam.

If you are speaking on Google suite workspace it isn't free its $12.99 a month and up I purchased my own domain thinking if I link them to a created Google suite my email account would be free

I lost access to my domain gmail couple years ago, that email is unfortunately on my business card, so I could be losing work. I didn't realize I wasn't getting email for the longest time. I use Format for my host website and got my domain from Namecheap. since gmail stopped doing free emails apparently, is there a way to get that mail back and see if old emails will pop up?

So will this process allow me to send emails from my gmail account using my custom domain? So in effect the customer I email will see my domain email rather than my gmail?

I've followed this process step-by-step and I'm wondering where I've gone wrong. I have a domain and email set up with GoDaddy and I've followed the steps in the gmail settings where I add another email, yet it tells me that my username/password is wrong? Authentication failed.
The password I used is the one I use in the GoDaddy account, is that correct? If have also used the password for the gmail account but that produced the same result...

I'm looking for a way to do this without paying for web hosting. Any thoughts? I have a few free web hosting accounts, but the only ones that offer email accounts do not have outgoing SMTP servers. I have a Gmail account and my own domain
