I don't know much but may be we shouldn't think of gravity as a force. It is well theorised that gravity is the bending of space and this bending may be the cause of laws of quantum physics not working. This might be because the bending of 3 dimensional space through a higher dimension. Ofcourse I am no scientist, this is just what my stupid mind hypothesises after reading about these great theories.

String Theory looked like a promising way to quantize gravity, but it has failed spectacularly, It's time to recognize it and move on. The problem is that gravity is a field which depends on matter, and quantum mechanics just describes probabilities of matter's properties. General relativity breaks at short distances where quantum mechanics plays a role.

Please don't get misled by this into thinking that string theory is in any way accepted physics or promising. The standard model has holes in it, but it has been wildly successful at predicting reality. Quantum mechanics is the working principle behind many electronic devices, including the storage used on whatever device you are accessing this video with. String theory is an outdated buzzword that isnt even really physics, since it struggles to make predictions.
