Noisy Skipping Windshield Wipers - Fix

after a year of dealing with the most awful sound ever and buying two new pairs, cleaning my windshield regularly and trying everything I finally stumbled upon your video, and it worked perfectly!! Thank you so much !

It works!
My wipers had been skipping for months. I tried cleaning the blades, polishing the windshield and none of them worked.

One tip though. Move the wipers up and down on the wind shield and see in which direction the blade is not at the right angle or bending smoothly along the way.
Then simply twist the wiper blade softly (not the whole arm) until the blade is bending nicely when going up and down.

The diagram at the start gives the information you need, As shown the rubber or silicone blades needs tobe percundicular to the windscreen glass!! I dont recommend doing this by hand, Better to use a crescent adjustable spanner 3inch away from the connector, Small adjustments either way up or down should be an end to this annoying problem!!👍

Hum... what if it skips in both directions ? New Bosch Aeroblades started skipping very bad after 3 weeks... never had that issue with my OEM land rover blades...

I'm hoping this works on my church van. Imagine 13 kids and 5 hour trip with noisy wipers. That's my life. The difference however is that I actually like the kids. hahah So tired of everyone telling me to clean my blades. Have a wonderful day and I am going to try this today. Youth Pastor Greg

This is the correct way to fix wipers....the rubber needs to FLIP when changing direction.

🔵 The technique this fellow is showing you using a SINGLE adjustable-wrench to adjust the wiper-angle is NOT advisable, TWO wrenches MUST be used to avoid damaging/stressing the pivot hinge on the wiper-arm.
