Last week I asked to my teacher : How my voice changed after I developed a British RP accent ? As a doctor I wondered myself to explain this switch accents with neurologics arguments, cos I'm portuguese .Mr Ballington my teacher gave me a quite simple explanation: " You've trainned unconsciously your diafragma to sound like a Brit while when you speak in your native language your voice is nasalized .

To all people watching this video, Jade is 100% correct. You can change your voice and accent. For myself, by purchasing and doing Jade's 5 star course, "Clear Up Your Accent", plus having now watched all of Jade's videos, and a little help from Jade herself, my natural King's English Accent, which is rare but I consider not to be posh, is back. It took both pronunciation exercises,  as well as a self-development aspect which meant getting back into the mindset (relaxed with overall confidence) that allows one to speak that way.
