I’m a automotive tech of almost 19 years. I’ve sent many heads and some blocks to all different machine shops. Straight truth, you do Top Notch work. By far the top 3 I’ve ever seen if not the best. I never had a chance to have your work in my hands but I can tell you do great work. I truly appreciate it,
Im kind of OCD about all my work. Lol I’m such a torque nazi on certain things. Not brackets and stuff like that. I even torque valve covers and every spark plug that I do.
My general manager has mint condition 97 BMW 540i that he loves. He had the valve covers done countless times due to oil leaking. About 6-7 years ago I did them and they are still dry as a bone. About 3-4 months ago I had to do his water pump. He came into the shop to see how it was going. He then asked me what did I do to keep the valve covers from leaking after a year or two. I told him, more then likely cause I torqued the valve cover to spec. Lol he instantly called the whole shop to a meeting and said I want all valve covers torqued for now on.
It’s simple things like that makes a big difference. And it only takes 5 or so minutes more.

Now I know why it's so expensive to get machine work done. It's truely an art.

Never had a machine shop go to this level of cleaning. Great work man. I wish everyone cared about what they do as much as you

It’s amazing how small of a pit caused the vacuum to fail. Great video

From a 43 year master tech and shop foreman, excellent workmanship and beautiful results! So much more precise and duplicatable vacuum sealing than say old Sioux vibrocentric stone grinding! Many props to you and your father. You're both living the dream!

It's been many years since I've done much machine work but it's obvious to me you guys do an excellent job in every respect and seem to really care. I witnessed in one of your other videos how important customer service is within your company which is half of any successful business. Love the videos and keep up the awesome work! 👍👍👍

I love how you go the extra mile and clean up the edge left by the cutter. I once asked my machinist (now ex) to blend in the machine, but they said it'd be too difficult 🥲

Nice work and keep it up!

Love the way you put your videos together.
Plenty of detail and honesty.
Especially Good if you post videos on YouTube about Cylinder Heads.
Definitely draws in the Negative people.
Thanks for posting.
All the best.
Peter.

Started an apprenticeship, everything seemed pretty straight forward until I got to the valve seats. We do a lot of irrigation applications and N series seats cut like ass. Not to mention how hard it is for me to see the top angle start to come in. I really appreciate your content, it’s helped me a ton.
