"When we launched our V1 of our technology our church home app back in 2018 I'll never forget It was the first weekend we launched We were in a Sunday service and I was in the lobby after a service talking to a community member asking them Hey how are you doing How's everything going And this individual is like Oh everything's going great You know no no complaints Later on I go on our app and we have this function It was called the prayer wall and people could kind of post prayers and get prayer And the same individual who told me they were doing great online admitted that there was something very challenging going on in their life and that they were struggling And so we felt this delineator Well where you would almost expect people in person to be open and honest but people were willing to be more honest about how they were actually doing online And so it really helped us to to say Hey we need to rethink the way that we approach people."
