Good explanation. I feel another factor is we marry within our community, in our small gene pool so diminishing scope.
I married Brazilian of German and Italian descent just to make Indian kids with varied genetics. Mixed breeds get the best of both world, better physique, health, etc.

I agree with you 100%. I am 5’7” and lift quite heavy, but in my Gym I see most young girls are almost my height, the 18-20 year old boys are at least 5’10”, most of them, some are 6+!

We need to improve our Indian genes back to its glory but need to take radical steps, like cross breeding with Europeans.
