When one goes to another country, he is not going as an individual, but as a representative of his country. Indians need to keep this in mind for the sake of their country’s reputation.

Indian students are not studying in Australia. They are busy with Uber . Good decision by Australia.

Uttarakhand is like that friend who gets punished for being surrounded by troublemakers 😂

Instead of declining, Australia can just reject their visa status if they drop out of their courses

Go to Australia and talk to the staff of any Indian restaurant.
You'll get to know that this is true

I met a Muslim Indian in the U.S. not long ago who says he was in school for some sort of tech degree. He was looking for a job and I asked him why he didn't get a job in the field that he was learning about. He said his classes are all online and that someone picked the least expensive and easiest degree to get. That someone was actually taking all his online classes and tests.

He only came here to try to marry and become a citizen. He eventually wanted to move his entire family here, who were in the process of trying to do the exact same thing.

Edit:

He was only here because of a student visa which it was obvious, he wasn't actually getting the education. I do wonder once he graduates what he will do then. I do have empathy for someone who wants to improve their life and immigrant here the right way. The thing is I'm a 1st generation immigrant from East Asia but I got naturalized the right way.

Because of these people, students who genuinely want to study are not getting an opportunity, very good decision from their side

The 99.9% of Indians committing visa fraud are making it difficult for the 0.01% of actual Indian students 🤠

It's in UK too. We had. Huge Indian influx relatively overnight and suddenly all the students are working in stores owned by Indians or dropping out . .
We had a rule allowing students to bring their families over. Things are changing now.

If USA, Canada, European Universities do the same, the population of Punjab will increase atleast two times.

That's shameful. They should be punished cause if there selfish attitude others will struggle to study abroad.

Punjab is always there in the list. Really shameful, even in the US, most illegal border crossers from Punjab say tall tales/lies of persecution in India etc to claim asylum. I don’t know what’s going on in Punjab aren’t they supposed to be a rich state / agricultural society!??
