The Ascend Mate 2 is no competition. Once companies start releasing a phone with a stylus, then there is competition.

Guys remember this is a 450$ phone with very fast LTE and 4050mah battery.
For that price is a very interesting product, samsung is becoming almost as expensive as apple unfortunately.
No other phone can have a stylus with buttons since samsung has patented the Spen.

I had the note 3 for a month now and to be honest I now don't feel it that big like the first day I had it. Looking at the other phone makes it look like an I pad mini size looking. Both great phones.

I love the style and specs of this phone AND the BATTERY! A big WOW!
Speaking of the battery, that's the "highest" electrical charge a smartphone's battery can hold to date. Kudos Huawei!
6 to 6.5 inch is an ideal screen for me (it's a multimedia player/ computer/ phone). I hope it supports MHL or the like and outputs 1080p on a big screen TV thru HDMI. AND that will be cooler!

Thanks Anton- Note 3 still gets my money as it has better specs and fits more comfortably in the hand. I don't have big hands and Huawei looks a shade oversize. Has the H got a removable battery like the Note? Important as I put a 6400 mAh battery on my Note2 as I need the extra life.

Flagship vs Budget. I think the only real reason why these two are being compared is the battery and the screen size, everything else is unfair. It all boils down to what you want, can afford, and personal taste.

I don't understand why any company would want to use hyperglaze on their products... Makes the phone feel cheap, it looks cheap, doesn't add enough texture or grip on the phone and makes the phone prone to scratches, fingerprints, smudges, etc... It's just terrible!

I guess big phone looks more premium now.. I saw 2 people with their phone, one with S4 and one with Note 3.. Honestly, Note 3 looks more stunning and good looking..

It's sad that the describer doesn't really know about Hussein ascend mate..missing some features to compare a big brand. And didn't mention the drawbacks of super AMOLED screen why it saves battery customer it damages your eyes with subtle adjustment in color. Anyway.. and the price
