Actually, almost every phone does this.
One night, I plugged a battery pack to my empty phone. Two hours later, it was fully charged, and the battery pack halfway empty. A couple of hours later, the phone was dry empty and the battery pack almost fully charged again. LOL!

Huh? I can already do this from my S3 using an OTG cable... I can charge my iPod Touch, etc... I don't understand what's too fascinating about this... :/

How do I get my otg to work on my nexus 4 because it works on my nexus 7 and my friends s3 but not my nexus 4

Some devices can't use otg ie nexus 4, I have one and it don't work this could be a work around plus it's just moving technology in a better direction. It's cool and I won't be surprised when the big oems copy this

You can do this whit an otg and a micro USB cable.
