Thanks Sam, You’re like a good investigative reporter. You dig out this uplifting information and share it with us. It does make one happy to hear that we are making progress on the climate front. Rick, WA State, USA

Love ur enthusiasm. I can see u r working hard for ur lovely boys to have a better future. Well done. To any naysayers, i say that the attention u just gave these students will encourage them in their work and encourage others to pursue their ideas. Some, maybe all will fail fir one reason or another but it only takes one great idea to change the world forever!!

It's a small victory for us humans who have created our own carbon blanket and are fighting each other over who gets to be big man on planet. I like Sam's attitude though. We need to acknowledge and celebrate positive accomplishments

Such an interesting project. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Student projects seldom make it to production due to cost and scale issues, but I am extremely excited. Young people are thinking of ways to make EVs even better. That is very important. One day these students will be in decision-making positions at big car makers and their minds will be clear.
Congratulations!!

Sorry Sam, thats more a gimmick, better to have a stationary unit to scrub carbon, or, plant a tree. Keep up the good work though ;)

It's far easier to just put a layer of soil at the bttom of the frunk and grow cress. Not only with the plants absorb more CO2 than this exotic scrubber, you can pluck bits occasionally and garnish your salad.

Students studying automotive, electrical and electronic engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology are encouraged to take part in the long term and technically challenging team based multidisciplinary EV design and engineering projects currently underway there. There is the Ecomotive team (that designed the Zem described in the vlog). Other teams pushing the state of the art include Solar Team Eindhoven and the Inmotion battery team. These are really bright and engaged young people doing world changing engineering.

My thoughts on this is : *"it is **#WONDERFUL**"*

I had seen this coming but not so soon a lot of people seen this coming but will probably be surprised that it's happening here in 2022.
Driving down the road and cleaning the air as you go. 👌

I think this is a great effort by these students. Hopefully, they are able to conduct a complete analysis to determine the net carbon emissions with their vehicle and its specific features. It would be a great learning experience for them. For example, it's important for the students to understand the impact the carbon adsorption system might have on the vehicle's air drag, as well as rolling resistance from its weight.

Sam, I love your enthusiasm, every time!
But don’t let the EV get the best of you, relax, enjoy simply what the present presents.

Excellent video. But Sam I'm surprised you have never done a video on the Sono Sion.

yes, if you filter co2, then magnesium can be also burned (oxidized) by co2
