Add Individual Players To FM24 Facepacks - Football Manager 2024 Tutorial

One of the most common questions I get asked about in Football Manager content creation is about facepacks. Firstly where to download them from:

Then the next question is always: XYZ player is missing from the facepack, is there a facepack that has them or can I add them myself?

For a long time I didnt know the answer to the question. However in this video that is exactly what I will be showing you!!

In this video I will show you how to:
Find the missing players unique ID
Search and find a suitable picture
Save the picture and how to add it to your facepack
How to edit the XML Config file to add the picture to the facepack
Reload your skin to see your player appear in game!

10/10 video. did everything but had mistakes in first tries. recognize, that the issue was that i used Wordpad, instead of Editor (Notepad). Figured it out after 20 mins, why i got different faces on my coach ahahhaha. underrateed video and great tutorial

This is probably the type of comment that makes you regret trying to put a helpful video like this up, but now all my faces do not appear.
It is the DF11 Megapack July 23 facepack, and I did this for one regular player who had no face and 1 regen using the r-, and not only did they not
get their new faces, but all my regular players now have no faces, though the other regens still do.
Help?

But this doesn't work with the faces generate by the game. I want to put a ramdom face and not use the cgi from the game. Is there a way?

How does it work for regens? I tried putting “r-“ in front but didnt work. Could the size of the photo make a difference? It worked for a real player with the help of the video but when doing it for a regen it didnt work.

when I do this, only that specific player keeps his picture while everyone else looses it...

Do legends count as regens? I downloaded this thing from steam workshop that added players like ronaldinho and maradona.
