5080 coming first means 5090 is gonna be crazy expensive. Also I think AIBs are still trying to clear out last gen cards. There's "suddenly" lots of 4090s for sale.

RTX 5080 performing like a 4090 is quite stupid to be honest. 25% performance uplift really? I thought 90-class was supposed to represent the titan class at a lower class. But now, 80-class has been nerfed so much that I think it's the new 70-class lol.

Not many years ago gpus like gtx 1080 at release date were called "the fastest gpu on the planet". Now the rtx 5080 will have half the cores of an rtx 5090, according to leaks. I can't digest that
