Thanks for clarifying how different it is living on a boat compared to land. I was really struggling with that.

Life isnt always easy on a 1.5 million $ Catamaran? 😂 I'd trade your life for mine in an instant. I'd love to live on a Catamaran. I understand why you say it isnt easy though, because you earn everything you do living on the ocean. I just wish I could afford that beautiful boat you have. :-)

Hi sorry to bug you, but I want to try sailing later in life. What steps should I take to learn how to maintain and care for a sail boat? What model sail boat should I invest in? Also where to learn basic finish out at sea?

I saw the poke bowls and I wanted to understand if you freeze the fish previously to consumption, or how do you get rid of all the parasites in raw fish?

Thank you for sharing how you get your freshwater. My other concern is how boat people dispose of their domestic wastes?

It is easiest to explain to people that it is a camper on the sea
Only the camper costs less, as does maintenance

Yep spend 300-500k on a boat then complain about marina prices..., nice life though..

There's a huge difference between living on a large, newer cruising catamaran and a smaller, older monohull that doesn't have all the modern conveniences like a watermaker, A.C., and so much more. I'm aware of this because I own a catamaran with all these conveniences. I doubt I'd enjoy cruising as much as I do if I didn't have them. It's the difference between camping in a tent and a large modern RV. However, with all the space and conveniences comes the expense, the maintenance, and the frustration of something always needing to be repaired or replaced. The marine environment is brutal for everything; your clothing, electronics, tools, etc. These videos just glamorize the cruising lifestyle. It's not all sunsets, beaches and rum cocktails.

I saw you used a long Speargun.
What is it, maybe the model also?
Do you like it or is there a better one?
Thank you.
Great videos!!

In the states they tell you have to have a permit to fish. Have you experienced the same in other countries?
