Even past the chicken being raw, he took the skin off before cutting and trying it. There's no seasoning on the chicken, it was on the skin. He taste tested seasonless chicken in a product review for seasoning.

According to Google, an oven takes 12-15 minutes to reach 350, then about 5 minutes more for every 100 after that. Thus, it likely took somewhere between 15-20 minutes for it to actually reach 375. Thus, he was likely only actually cooking the thing for around 20 minutes, plus whatever cooking it did while preheating...

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that Jack actually looked at the instructions for the product and saw the "1 hour at 350 for a whole chicken" part, and his brain was like, "So, 30 minutes for two half-chickens." I actually kind of understand that thought process, but that's not how that works.
