Jack Scalfani, a man who has been tormenting the cooking side of YouTube for years. Today, I learned that he is guilty of much worse than just bad cooking. We are going to be looking at a podcast he was on, where he admits some truly evil things. Buckle up.

Didn’t expect to return to the Jack videos with something like this, but felt the need to talk about this awful situation. Unreal.

Jack: Bad cook, bad parent, bad person.
Kay: Bad cook, always nice to her beloved son Lee, wonderful lady doing her best.

"I'm a good parent. So anyway I once almost killed my kid by choking him"

9:18 i think him saying he thinks his son backed down out of respect and love is pretty telling, no your son didn't stop fighting back out of love and respect, he stopped because he realised how psychotic, agressive and dangerous you are

To me, the fact that he added the detail about making his THIRTEEN year old's nose bleed conveys that he's proud/in awe of what he's done. Have you ever heard someone in remorse get into details of their wrongdoings in a chill ass voice like that? What an absolutely heinous and disgusting human being. I really hope his son is doing okay.

A man turns out to be about as bad as the dishes he cooks. Huh.

"He didn't fight back, whether it was out of respect...love...fear, I'm not sure."

It was probably because he was in shock when he realized his own father was willing to kill him and likely didn't truly love him

Jack's whole body language while bragging about choking his son was so odd. He was so cocky and smug about it. Also even if his child did put his hands on him and his wife, it's probably due to retaliation. When you grow up in an abusive environment you start getting fed up. Especially during teen years where you are developing more awareness. He decided to fight back and jack really sat here and said "he submitted" like what a sadistic way to phrase that.

Trying to get his son to start a company at 13… Jesus Christ man, let him be a fucking kid!

He didn’t admit to child abuse. He admitted to attempted murder.

"They never went without" or "They had everything they need" isn't inherently a phrase said by abusive parents but fuck me if every single abusive parent doesn't pull that line when they're being interrogated by cops for murdering their kids.

Him describing how he attacked his son was genuinely sickening 🤮 Especially since Jack specifically said he didn’t even fight back at all. Wtaf.

- Moves his family out of California because he thought there was a conspiracy by the government to turn his son gay
- Beats up and chokes out his own son anyway
- Now believes in a conspiracy theory against his own church because his rotten beef didn't win a Sunday cook-off
- Still doesn't know why chicken can't be cooked in the microwave
- Has diabetes to the point of limb failure

How did Jack's ancestors survive natural selection?

I thought it was well known that Scalfani was a scumbag, and that’s why everyone felt so comfortable roasting him

Bro, this was my childhood minus the building computers thing. My dad and mom have been separated for as long as I can remember and I had to do the whole back forth broken home thing for years. My dad and stepmom were the strict parents and my mom was the “Disneyland” parent - their turn of phrase for her. He would beat the butter dog shit out of me, so badly at times that I would piss myself and he would just look at me disgusted. I couldn’t go to sleep till he got home, usually after midnight. My stepmom would check on me and let him know if I did pass out sitting at a tiny desk doing home work. And before anyone asks, I was 12 and under at this point. If I did fall asleep, I would get beaten. It got so bad that I wasn’t allowed to eat with the rest of the “family” and I had to do there dishes before I could eat a cold dinner hours later. It all came to a head when I was 14. When he threw to the floor and proceeded to choke me for not wanting to shake my stepmoms hand as they tried to get me sent to military school. The last thing I remember before blacking out was my stepmom screaming at him to get off me before he killed me. After which I had to go apologize to my siblings for getting choked. Shortly after that I was kicked out of the house and sent to my mom’s. And told he’d be back for me in 2 weeks. That day never came, what did come was the day they told me ever since I was gone the “family” had been so much better. I told my uncle about everything that happened and he was pissed. My uncle confronted my dad and wanted to know how he could do something like that? By the way, my dad, stepmom and uncle all worked with group home kids at the time. He wanted to know how he could do that when he works with kids. All my dad said was it’s different when it’s your kid. So my uncle became the father figure I never had and taught me everything I know now and I rarely talk to my dad, if at all. Sorry for the long story, just this jackass…I mean Jack kinda triggered me.

Jack looks like that guy who tried to sell Woody in Toy Story 2

I mean, think about it. This man suspected an entire elementary school of rigging the chili cook-off against him. The guy's definitely a conspiracist at LEAST.
