He didn't have to leave the dog happy because he specifically said move two match sticks to make the dog look the other way, 1st he makes look right but tail is down win#1 because he didn't say the tail had to stay up nope so guy in blue was cheating, win #2 no tail but turns tail into ear dog faces to right, win #3 putting head backwards at side and tail is still up

I can do it in two popsicle sticks. First move the top head stick then point down the tail stick like the top head stick next move the top head stick and point it until it meets the tail stick. boom Your done ✔️
