I legit think gordon just a celebrity chef and everything has always been accepted for us to believe that he can cook. Its a fair view to have BOTH his embarrassing attempts at grilled cheese. His second attempt wasn't even a grilled cheese ffs. I legitimately don't believe he can actually cook at this point.

Kimchi can go good on an actual grilled cheese. That’s not a grilled cheese tho(it’s a mistake)

You can make that cheese melt in that kind of bread but not using the method he did. You cannot do it on a high temperature on a pan. You must use it on a lower temperature with a cover on the pan. Once you get it to melt under the cover, then you can add the kimchi and fold over. I am not a chef but I can tell you this from experience.
