【Melodic Rock/AOR】Intruder - Hearts On The Loose 1998~Emily's collection

【Pls look at the top comment first】Check out this band, Intruder, worth keeping in collection for every aor fan. They come from New Jersey, bringing the quality debut called "Dangerous Nights (1998)" while the other album "Believer " was released in 2000 . Though this was recorded in late 1990s, the debut includes songs which sound like tunes of 1980s, especially this opening track. However, does anyone feel that the melody of this song is quite similar to another work of Survivor titled "Jackie Don't Go", which featured Dave Bickler on vocals in their album "Caught in the Game (1983)"? Is it purely coincidental or a more or less straight copy of Survivor? Personally, I love the melody like this, combined guitar-oriented style with plenty of keyboards. Besides, the superb voice of Tracy White did stand out, who came from Shotgun Symphony, a melodic hard rock band also of New Jersey origin and founded in 1991. I don't have many pictures of Intruder, so I post the lyrics.
