Pre-condition Your BMW EV

It is confusing because we have that in our i4 and here it says "optimize range", "maximize range" but when you tap on the icon a warning pops up saying that battery precondition can reduce the range and increase power consumption, so what's the point?

It looks nice in the video but I can’t tell you how many times after I click the start button and put my phone back into my pocket, only to find myself getting into a freezing car minutes later. I then pull my phone out and find the app saying “command was not sent to car successfully” (or something to that effect). 😡
