Very poor customer support in Sweden and especially BMW Financial services are thives, they are not supportive and lacks professionalism. :/

In other parts of the world BMW is known for thier best service and support.

BMW this should be automatic. We shouldn't have to tell our cars we're going to charge the battery. You can do better

I rented this car for the last 10 days in the Netherlands. It is without a doubt, the absolute worst EV I have ever driven.

I have driven Kia, Hyundai, Tesla, Chevrolet, and more and this "luxury" car is so over done. List of problems:

- Never got above 60 KW charging on a 300 KW station.
- The car constantly would charge for 20-30 minutes, get to 50% then stop charging.
- The hand gesture infared feature is garbage. When you try and just touch the screen, it will think you're muting your sound.
- Both the front and back seats are uncomfortable, all of us can't wait to get out.
- the battery does not auto precondition and you have to hit 8 different buttons to get to the function.
- it constantly kicks out Android Auto.

The only good thing is the heads up display.
