When I first saw Doyle’s death in angel it practically broke me which is ridiculous because he was in only 9 episodes but he made 1 hell of an impression. Now I’m rewatching angel and just finished that episode again and googled “why did Doyle get killed off” to my surprise he died irl and that broke me even more :(

So sad that he passed away from heroin, I detest those damn drugs. It’s even sadder that I wasn’t aware of his death until about 15 years after it happened. I’m not big into the Hollywood scene but you’d think it would have been on the front of magazine covers in the check out line at grocery stores, if it was, I never saw it. I loved his sexy character Mark on Roseanne and Doyle in Angel. I’m still bummed that he passed at 32. He was a great actor and he could have accomplished anything he wanted to in show business. It sounds like his father ghosting their family really harmed his soul. So sad. I miss you, Glenn.
