funny that he want every one to be involve and because of that he doesnt want meter.... the result of this is that instead of flaming people with low uptime and kick them out of group so they cna finaly clear they are going to disband cause they have no clue who is slacking and because of that they will gatekeep people with less juiced characters cause they fear they will do less dmg...

I think bigger concern with dps meter is seeing how bad classes are balanced. I rarely see people flamed about dps; mostly people complaining about how their class can't compete with others that have less gear.
