Soap Base Making: An Easy Way to Start with 3 Ingredients. Soap base making at home is a DIY and also rewarding process. With our help go through the soap base making process. Let’s do it.

Ingredients :
Caustic soda - 200gms
Water - 1 Liter
Coconut oil - 1.5 Liter

Direction to make soap base:
1. Mix required amount of caustic soda ( sodium hydroxide ) with measured amount of water.
2. Leave the solution for 2 hour for proper mixing of alkali.
3. Takes the required quantity of coconut oil and mix with the lay solution.
4. heat up the mixture.
5. After getting thick solution, pour into container
6. Use this soap base after 1 week storage.

Never add caustic soda like this . Always add it to water .safety precaution. So water first in the jug then add soda to it .
