Saved from going to scrap by Ray when the power grid took over at the Binnaway silos (NSW).He saved four 20hp Australs and a 16hp from various silos and all there spare parts back in the 50's .This would have been a monumental effort as the engines were all in pits to drive the grain elevators. His Dad was the grain board's silo inspector and traveled around in a model T Ford and knew all the engines back then . Anyway, this was Ray's last engine that me and a mate and Ray's family loaded at Warkworth NSW. About 3.5 tonns, it was loaded by man (and woman) power alone so it was a real adventure.
