I have been thinking they need to have Saddiq do something big and have more screen time because of Carl. I thought it would be cool if someone got gravely injured during the finale and he has to save them. Then I realized oh wow Negan might be. What a mind
blow that would be for him and Rick and even Negan when he found out he was the guy that Carl helped who in the end saved his life.

After rewatching the episode, I do think Eugene will betray negan in this episode. Rositas words cut deep and he even mirrored her words when he got back to the sanctuary. What use would he be if he came back with them anyway, he's useless in a fight. And they wouldn't simply let him go back
