Just bought a Phin filter and some expensive Vietnamese coffee but I think I will practise with some cheaper beans first. Enjoyed the demo. Best I’ve seen.

How would you compare your grind setting to V60 or Kalita wave? I use a Varia VS3 so I don’t know the Timemore clicks.

U add 15 gram coffee & 45 ml hot water..!!!
