Here's a tip from someone who went through culinary school!
Easy way to pick up eggshells out of your eggs is to use the shell, no joke. Grab it, and run it over the shards of eggshell, it'll pick them up practically instantly.

Hi, to fix the frosting you should try milk. Also, you used a spoon and a spoon does not convert to a proper tablespoon or teaspoon. This might have caused some problems. It could also be that the kit is disastrous.

Also you need to make a series of vids where you make a bunch of mini, Sika-Safe objects like the knife you gave her in this video. It shall be called the Sika Series!!

Oh boy do I feel like a dummy! It wasn’t until re-watching this video just now that I realized that *Sika* is a nickname for Jes - _SICA!!!_ I guess I’d always just figured that Sika was her full name and that it had Egyptian roots. (Considering their ethnic make-up.) I really should’ve figured that a set of parents probably wouldn’t have named one of their children Jackie and another one them Sika. Basically, Jackie and Jessica make more sense. LOL. The more you know! Hahaha.

I bought that Ultimate Baking kit for my daughter a few years ago and yes it was garbage, but to this day I use the bowls, the spatula and the whisk almost everyday. I have small hands and they are really good quality, the egg cracker went straight in the trash though for sure.
