Young lady thank you, everyone be safe, this worked for me. It is a charged environment of beautiful and intelligent people. Just be confident and at peace with who YOU are. Obtain a reliable contact in the Administrative building. Do not wait until senior year to obtain and secure a career. In sophomore year I received an internship with a company and secured my career in my second year.
Remember DC is unique in that international, private, public, and nonprofit all intersect at your doorstep. Bison family, good luck!

this was so insightful! i’m an incoming freshman from chicago; planning on major in political science and i’m so excited to go to howard. i haven’t committed yet because i’m trying to secure this 11k i still owe after getting a scholarship from howard. but i’m certain i’ll get the rest, but ahhh the excitement is at an all time high. cant wait to see you on campus if we’re actually there lol. ❤️💙❤️💙

This really helped, I am currently waiting to see if I get accepted into a PH.D program and this thought me a lot about Howard. I have been going to PW institutions my whole life so I’m so excited and nervous about attending an HBCU (if I get accepted)
