my story:

(at this time it was christmas) I was just chilling, hadn't played fortnite for like 6 months, I thought: 'Mmm, i'll go collect the free gifts' i went into a match, But experienced mega lag. Why? I don't know, i was suddenly banned for exploiting. (my thoughts back then) 'Mm it doesn't matter it's only for 24 hours anyway..' I went to sleep. Only to wake up with my fortnite saying 'Unavailable' I didn't understand, so i waited more. Turns out i was Permanent banned, All that money ruined, For nothing! Epic Games responded to my ticket saying: 'The ban is right, not false. We can't say the reason of the ban because our anti cheat needs privacy' Something like that.

I have been sad ever since, I still didn't tell my friends that i am banned. Everyday they ask.. 'When you get Home get on Fortnite please' And i just respond with 'Noooo' With a annoyed voice, Why am i annoyed? Because i've spent so many euros in this game. I've got so many good memories, that i can't relive anymore, So many online friends i lost.

This should be illegal to be honest,

My brother got banned while playing creative with his friends using my account. I have 1200$ earnings and 300+ skins. Turns out that 24 hr ban becomes perma....

I was banned permanently without any warning, last time I was played on creative with my friends normally and quit the game, another day I was banned, I'll be 3 months of ban

Ive seen the hardwarre ip ban removed after 4 months but my actual account in which ive spent thousands is impossible to recover as epic do not care and blow off any tickets you send, shameless

Worst part is its an HWID ban so we cant play until our accounts gets unbanned :(

I just got permanently banned, have a Season 1 account with 443 skins and 892 emotes nearly all gliders. Just got absolutely screwed over by support. Everyone needs to start a petition and major lawsuit against this.

i got false banned in december for 24 hours exploiting then i contacted support they said just wait the day. i waited then i was able to play. the day after i had to update and i got a perma ban on my stacked acc and got a hwid. i hate fn now and i now i know their are many more cases like mine
