this happened to me a week ago, really sucks that support doesn't really read tickets and just pastes the same response, really unforgiving and unempathetic to their og players, but cheaters run rampant in tournements 💀

I had this same issue with Fortnite back in 2020. They arent much help when it comes to support. I also had the same thing were I was banned in-game for a day then was banned on the epic games launcher.

Had the same issue, it was literally so horrible. It happened in around 2021 I believe or 2022. Surprisingly, it was around the same time this year, January 31st. I contacted Epic Games, told me they couldn't nothing do anything about it and when I asked for a reason they told me that they were unable to tell me because it could corrupt their system. Since them they closed my case and I couldn't do anything about it. The anti cheat really does suck.

the exact same thing happened to me bro, i had to spoof my pc and lose hundreds of pounds worth of content due to a fault in the epic system. i also received the EXACT same response to you which shows how much consideration they put in before denying you entry to such a valuable asset. one of the biggest companies itw epic games man smh

ugh this is my worst nightmare. So the reason why they wont, and cant, give you any sort of proof is that they would have to give you info about how their anti-cheat system works, which they, for obvious reasons can't. If this truly was a false ban, im so sorry bro, i feel with you. if you cheated in any way shape or form, you deserved it. have a good day.

There are thousands upon thousands of people that got perm banned for no reason, one of them being me, and they only way we can possibly get unbanned is, if we gain the attention of Fortnite or Epic Games themselves

Exact same thing happend to me, got banned because i had some shitty trojan on my pc that wasnt even a cheat. Fortnite has to fix this.

Got a 24h Ban 3 years ago because of Exploiting while playing completly normal
after 24h it was a perm and i only got bot replys from epic games when i tried to contact them

same exact thing happened to me like 2 years ago lmao, was just playing duos and randomly got kicked and had the 24 hr exploiting ban. went to sleep and woke up to being perma banned, never got unbanned though. epic refused to chat with me, sad to see epic still pulling this same bs

your not alone. my old account from 2018 was false banned in chapter 3 and i recently got unhardware banned so now i play on an alt account. Such a bummer tho.

same happend to me. I played since season 3 ch1 spent lots of money on the game to wake up one morning and find out im permamently banned from fortnite i tried contacting fortnite appeal system and to this day i dont have a respone and i got banned in 2021, sucks to hear more people getting falsely banned. Unless a epic employee investigates it in person i see no hope in getting my or yours account unbanned, GL (also i got a new pc and im playing fortnite on an alt if anyone's wondering if i didnt get it i probably would just move on with my life and find better games to play)

the same stuff happened to me in the summer of 2022. played since season 1 ch1 and put a lot of money into it. got banned for nothing and they didnt even give me a reason afterwards
