Why You Should Train Your Shoulders Everyday From Home (BOULDER SHOULDERS IN 5 MINS!)

“My gym's closed" - You can either complain or you can embrace change and find a way to persevere and make gains from home! Today I want to show you my 5 minute dumbbell home shoulder workout that you can do with simply a pair of "baby weights" aka light dumbbells. In this shoulder workout I am only using a pair of 15 lb. dumbbells to blast my shoulders, but to be honest I could have gotten a brutal shoulder workout in using 10 lbs or less! If you have a pair of light dumbbells and want to grow your shoulders from home I recommend that you try the full shoulder workout as a 5 minute interval, going until failure on each of the 4 shoulder exercises and resting for 30 seconds or less as you transition from exercise to exercise. If you want to grow your shoulders fast while stuck at home try this routine every single day for 30 straight days, adding in an additional circuit after the first few weeks to increase the volume and keep your shoulders growing!
