Why You Should Train Your Shoulders Everyday From Home (BOULDER SHOULDERS IN 5 MINS!)

“My gym's closed" - You can either complain or you can embrace change and find a way to persevere and make gains from home! Today I want to show you my 5 minute dumbbell home shoulder workout that you can do with simply a pair of "baby weights" aka light dumbbells. In this shoulder workout I am only using a pair of 15 lb. dumbbells to blast my shoulders, but to be honest I could have gotten a brutal shoulder workout in using 10 lbs or less! If you have a pair of light dumbbells and want to grow your shoulders from home I recommend that you try the full shoulder workout as a 5 minute interval, going until failure on each of the 4 shoulder exercises and resting for 30 seconds or less as you transition from exercise to exercise. If you want to grow your shoulders fast while stuck at home try this routine every single day for 30 straight days, adding in an additional circuit after the first few weeks to increase the volume and keep your shoulders growing!

Since quarantine i have been working out at home for 6-7 days a week and have made some insane gains already, i have made faster gains at home than gym

After I found a video you did on Feeder workouts I've been doing 100 reps every morning for about 6 months. Definitely seeing the growth and separation. Started with the 10s, now using 15s and about to go to the 20s. Good stuff man and it works!

bro, you're a champ, I play this in my little makeshift gym at home and honestly, its awesome following along! I haven't worked out for a while focusing on running properly for the last year. Have a crooked right shoulder from sleeping. I wasn't not looking forward to lifting all over again to regain strength but this workout after 30 days grows you and solidify shoulder issues. Resistance bands can be used as well. Did this for the last month and saw amazing results.

Getting older I realized that shoulder strength decreased rapidly. This is probably one of the best and my new favorite short routine. Not to be under estimated this really hits delts hard and good. Love love love it. Thanks for your positive shares. Love every video.

Love to do giant sets already, but never trained a muscle for 30 days straight. Love to try new things, so I started with this routine today. I added some rear delt exercises to the routine.
My shoulders had an incredible burn and felt great.I loved it.

Just tried the workout.... will start this tomorrow for a month i previously did your bicep/tricep workout for 2 weeks before bed 💪 and ohhh boy, I can see a huge difference. Looking forward to my sexy shoulders in 30 days

forever i read tha for grown muscle is about 6-12 reps, but, sincerely, i feel when i do repst until fault, with less weigh my muscle grow up better and faster. with this method i can feel a kind of muscle stress that is insoportable but is satisfiying. thx for sharing this, idk whether is cos exist diferent kind of fibers and each one grow in a manner, but, that method work for me.

This guy knows his stuff everytime I use one of his workouts they work I see great muscle growth I'll be trying this one for sure. Also alpha lion supreme rules the best pre-work I've used and I've used a ton of them. You Rock keep up the great videos
