I ended up in an install loop with Windows 10, so I downloaded the Windows 11 ISO instead and that worked. I have a cloudray MOPA 30W that has a option of a V4 USB driver (LMCV4). Be warned, if you're trying to install the LMCV4 driver, you'll find that it's unsigned and won't work! In which case you need to run a command on the command line (as the admin) "bcdedit /set TESTSIGNING ON". This may fail with an error if your windows VM is set to secure boot. In this case you need to disable secure boot in the BIOS. This is not difficult, but you'll need to google how to do this. Thanks everyone.

Hi mate, first of all thanks for this incredible "how-to" :) I've a M1 Pro and indeed it's really slow :/ I'm just wondering ... Would it be possible to improve the emulation of a WIndows x86 64 using a Macbook Pro i9 (so, Intel CPU) ? I'm thinking now, rather than an emulation, it would better be a virtualization, am I correct ?
